CDN Concrete Brookswood re-cap

The final etnies Canadian Concrete of the summer was held at Brookswood park, Sunday, August 29th, an it was without a doubt, the largest bmx jam the lower mainland has seen at an outdoor park! 400+ people were in attendance, riders and spectators alike, who came to shred, support, and heckle in Langley BC. Pro class was unusually lean due to so many regular entrants being out with injuries (get better dave Meyers, Jason teet, and James Vanderkamp!), however, stand out Brandon Van Dulken definitely shone is his first ever pro win. Young gun Anthony Messere came in second with huge tricks and transfers, and Wade Lajlar rounded out the top 3 with his usual insane tricks that no one else does. The biggest stand outs though were young guns (13 years old?) Adam Piatek and Greg Dieno who placed 1 and 2 in the Am Great class respectively. These kids are the next Canadian pros so definitely watch out for them next year, as we are for sure bumping at least one of them up to the money class. Check the video footage HERE.
