FU Technology to be revealed at Agenda

FU is short for Fusion, and the STI lab plans to reveal its innovative STI Fusion shoe technology at the Agenda Trade Show, January 6-7, at the Anaheim Marriott.
STI Fusion shoes are more durable, flexible, comfortable, eco-friendly and lighter weight than vulcanized shoes. The STI Fusion booth will be at the Berrics Agenda in the Grand Ball Room next to the etnies, éS and Emerica booths, which are P16, P9 and O10. STI Fusion is changing the way skateboard shoes are made with a cold fusion process that creates an unbreakable bond fusing the shoe’s upper, midsole and outsole together. The production time in the STI Fusion process is reduced by 80 percent, resulting in less glue, water and energy – making a big impact toward a greener production method. STI will debut its new Fusion technology on fall ‘11 etnies, éS and Emerica shoes at Agenda.
“Agenda always does a great job of bringing together the best brands, retailers and buyers in one location, which is why we decided it would be the best place to launch our lab’s newest technology – STI Fusion,” said Don Brown, senior vice president of marketing for Sole Technology. “STI Fusion is a completely different way to make skate shoes, and I can’t wait for everyone to see it and get hammered on technology in the process.”
Sole Technology first participated in Agenda in 2006.

Sole Technology continues to support Agenda because of the show’s ability to unite the most relevant brands in the streetwear and skate industry, attracting the right retailers for Sole Technology’s products.
