See what RVCA collaborator Kelsey Brookes has been up to. 'Every year about this time I like to experiment with new painting ideas. Throwing out most of what I did last year, with some exceptions, I just paint without too many expectations. I rehang the whole studio with old canvas and go deep into experimentation. No editing at all, any impulse gets explored and I follow my instincts until I find something interesting. This is what I came up this year so far. Darker angrier and far more saturated than last year. Still evolving though'
